Use this window to report in performed work and view information on tasks, time, and postings on the work order. There are several terms for classifying the fault and following up work, including class, type, performed action, cause, description of the work, and start and completion dates.
The Resource table displays planned personnel and tools/facilities information registered in the Prepare Work Order window in order to report used time. In addition to the planned personnel information, it is possible to create new time report lines for personnel to report the work progress. It is not possible to add any new tools/facilities rows. When hours are reported for a planned resource, that particular row disappears from the table but is added as a posting line to the bottom of the table.
The Demands table displays information on the planned material and returns that are registered on the work order in order to issue parts and to return parts to the inventory. In addition, it is also possible to create new material and return lines when required.
The Other table displays the planned external/expense costs in order to report actual cost. It is possible to create new lines if required.
It is also possible to print the work order, authorize all non authorized posting lines that belong to the work order, transfer the authorized transactions to be invoiced, view the work order address, place the object in the structure, change the condition code and add/edit the measurements using this page.
